We are looking for professional vocalists for our band projects. music4friends is a booking agency for musicians and DJs, located in Wuppertal but operating across Europe. Read more on who we are looking for and how we work…

That’s the motto we and our acts live by when taking the stage at events in Germany and across Europe. We are currently looking for talented vocalists, who not only have a great voice, but a shining on stage and are open-minded team-players.

Our band projects are fixed groups, who regularly rehearse and perfect their performances and share the goal of granting the audience a fantastic show! On 15. and 16January the BEST OF EVENTS is back and we’re exhibitors!

You have to choose “Ticket kaufen” (buy ticket), choose “Tageskarte” (day ticket) and then type in all required information before clicking the next step and tying in the code 129823 at the bottom left corner. Now your ticket should be free. When you click next, you should receive an e-ticket that you only need to print and bring on the day of your visit. Pretty simple, hm?

The first partner meeting of the national league club Bergischer Handball-Club 06 of the season took place in Wuppertal’s biggest coworking space “Codeks”. MISTER LOOP accompanied the meeting musically with guitar, vocals and loopstation and his charming, cheerful way.

Pre-launch of the new JOOP jewellery collection in Hamburg: 125 selected guests from the specialist retailer and B2C press sector had to be accompanied to the reception and dinner with discreetly relaxed music.

JERRY LU in trio (piano, saxophone & singer) played decently relaxed lounge music to dinner & reception and in the last 3rd set faster songs for a seamless transition to DJ.

Client and agency wished for a top-class act for the new collection and were very satisfied after the successful pre-launch:

music4friends, also known as the “delicatessen of music entertainment” (Evetpartner), has been run for over 18 years by Sascha Poddey (42), who worked as a professional musician for a long time himself. The exclusive bands and DJs of the in Wuppertal located agency are booked for around 500 events annually.

In early 2018 music4friends has been presented with the „NEW WORK AWARD“ in bronze by XING for their experiment „Trainees being Boss“. For two months, the trainees had swapped roles with the boss and had run the agency.

MISTER LOOP @ BRAND EX FESTIVAL

MISTER LOOP has just been announced to premier at the new BRAND EX festival in Dortmund on 15.01.2019.

MISTER LOOP is a one man band: sounds are recorded live and played back in loops, thus creating the sound of a whole band. Playing modern pop songs acoustically is ideal for background music and absolutely fascinating to watch.

With the International Festival of Brand Experience (BrandEx) the initiators BlachReport, FAMAB, Messe Dortmund and Studieninstitut für Kommunikation create an exclusive and international forum for event managers, creative minds, pr- and communication specialists, marketiers, scientists, service providers and juniors from the industries of tradefair, architecture and live communication. BrandEx consists of a congress with first-class keynotes and speakers and the BrandEx Awards for the best projects of the year in live communication and brand architecture.

The festival’s first edition takes place on 15 January 2019. Different workshops, bar-camps, world-cafés, round tables, talks and performances in all relevant topics will be discussed internationally. The BrandEx Awards will be the night’s highlight honouring the past year’s achievements of the industry. Following the ceremony will be a huge aftershow party with tickets available seperately.

MISS JONES prove their outdoor qualities!

During the popular ‘Dinner en Blanc’, hosted by the Staatsbad Bad Oeynhausen, our musicians from HAVE YOU MET MISS JONES? had a gorgeous view from stage: warm sunshine, picnic tables with a variety of delicasies and a sea of white-dressed guests and visitors. This year, HAVE YOU MET MISS JONES? were honored to accompany this special event under the blue sky musically.

The gorgeous MISS JONES radiated on stage in her white outfit and treated the guests to breathtaking interpretations of premium lounge and jazz music. The guests definitely enjoyed the performance and appreciated the relaxing get-together on a saturday night.

With sunset, the band picked up the rhythms and transitioned smoothly to the event DJ that would take over for the aftershow party.

… by the way, we were back in Bad Oeynhausen only a few weeks later: this time with our GOODFELLAS to celebrate the legendary Parklichtern 2018!
